Course Description
This course provides training for Active Shooter, Blood Borne Pathogens, Confidentiality/FERPA, Positive Behavior Interventions, Support Suicide Prevention, Emergency Medication, Slips, and First Aide and may serve to fulfill your obligation for required training as would typically be delivered in a school district’s opening day activities. Additional training may still be needed locally to fulfill requirements for topics specific to the setting. If you have not been directed by your school district, please contact your professional learning coordinator or supervisor before taking this course.
Note: After completing the Emergency Medication Administration course, you must schedule a meeting with the School Nurse to demonstrate skills.
